Guidelines: Poster Competition

Eligibility

Open to researcher, academic, or professional
Each participant must join individually as the presenter (team authorship is allowed)
Each participant is required to select one theme category above in the poster competition

Important Dates

General Provisions

Participant must register through the official form provided by the committee
participants must provide accurate and complete personal data (the committee is not responsible for errors caused by inaccurate information provided by participants)
Entries must not contain any of the following elements: plagiarism, racial, or intergroup intolerance (SARA), pornography or violence, practical politics or irrelevant commercial content
Any work found to violate the above provisions will be disqualified
Participants must follow the entire competition timeline as scheduled by the committee
By registering the poster competition of FISBi-Summit 2025, participants are considered to have read, understood, and agreed to all this terms and conditions
Matters not yet regulated in these general provisions will be determined later by the committee if necessary

Poster Competition Category Theme

Technical Requirements for Poster

Poster size: A0 (841 mm x 1189 mm, potrait)
The file format to be submitted is PDF
Minimum resolution: 300 dpi
Any design software may be used
The poster must be entirely in English
The poster must include a title, authors with their affiliations, and the main content
Poster printing and stands will be provided by the committee at the venue (the printing service cost is covered by the committee)

Registration & Submission Mechanism

Participants must first register through the official registration form at the register page to submit their abstract
Based on the abstract evaluation, selected participants will be contacted by the committee and provided with a link to upload their poster file in PDF format
The selected participants are required to present their posters during the Poster Presentation Session at Graha Widya Bakti, BRIN Serpong, on December 11, 2025
The selected participants are obliged to attend the entire FISBi-Summit 2025 event on December 11, 2025, as the Poster Presentation Session is an integral part of the summit program
The Top 3 presenters will receive awards and be invited to join the Networking Gala Dinner with the keynote speakers on December 11, 2025
There is no registration fee required for participating in the symposium
